Job Title: Head of Faciclities and Quality
Job Details: Develop the FMD planning which includes the planning of
Resource, Training, System Support, Call Centre, Material
Management, Warranty/Claim, Asset, Quality, Client,
Employee, Royal Facility, Zones, Outsource, Cleaning,
Waste Management, Recycling, Water Supply, Pest Control,
Veterinary, Tracks & Stables, Project Engineering,
Contract Management and Handover to ensure every employee
delivers the right service at the right time to all the
facilities thereby improve Client Satisfaction.
Coordination with respective section heads by
setting goals, target and key initiatives to achieve these
goals based on current and expected performance within
specifications.
Mobilize and allocate available human & other
resources, through cooperation with support departments,
other offices, or subsidiaries, distribute the resources
(work forces, equipment & materials) based on different
operation activities.
Plan and develop the annual budget and 5 year
business plan.
Develop, implement and monitor SLA with other
functions of COMPANY
Develop the preventive and corrective maintenance
programs for the COMPANY facility and equipments.
Develop and control the Asset Management program
for all the COMPANY facility assets
Develop the annual training program for FMD,
monitor the execution and measure the training
effectiveness.
Manage all related call centre systems to ensure
that jobs have been completed on time and high quality
standard.
Develop, monitor and measure the FSI system
Develop, monitor and measure the BMS
Monitor and control the material requisition
generated in FMD. Ensure approvals of Purchase Orders are
as per the SLA.
Monitor and control the flow of Petty Cash
Monitor and measure the performance of Planning & Quality team
Manage the Warranty control and contracts for the
facilities
Facilitate the Management Review on maintenance
planning issues, performance, inspection, progress towards
the objectives & targets, programs, etc.
Submit regular work reports to the Director
explaining the details of implementing the department work
programs as per the plan concerning facility operation and
control areas.
Prepare the specific FMD Quality Objective, Policy, Values and schedule
Ensure FMD Quality Objective, Policy and Values
are in line with COMPANY Quality Policy and Objective
Ensure FMD Quality Objective, Policy, Values and
schedule is communicated and understood by all.
Develop the Policy & Procedures. Implement the
Policy & Procedures after approval, measure and improve as
required. Manage work procedures to ensure the best
utilization of resources and work quality.
Develop, implement, monitor, measure and improve
the KPI s. Ensure achievement of targeted results in each
key performance areas as outlined in the plan
Report to FMD Director on all issues related to
Planning & Quality matters.
Plan, schedule, and conduct audit for FMD.
Issuance of Observations and Non Conformance details as
required and follow-up until it is closed.
Provide regular report to Director as directed.
Maintain filing systems in accordance with FMD
procedures.
Maintain Safety Standards and procedures
Monitor, check and maintain QA & QC standards
Develop the Personal development program and
appraisal for FMD
Conduct Customer Satisfaction survey. Analyze
data, measure and monitor the satisfaction.
Direct and ensure the proper orientation program
for all new employees including the clarification of their
roles and responsibilities
Ensure the preparation and distribution of
electronic, written and verbal information to inform
employees on policies and procedures to ensure all the
announcements, circulars are distributed on time to all
locations
Monitor and measure the performance of FMD
Ensure efficient, courteous and timely services to
all employees request and inquiries
Comply with the COMPANY quality standards and
requirements
Comply with the COMPANY policy in respect to the
senior management, employees and to carry out duties and
responsibilities as per COMPANY Code of Conduct
Ensure all the environmental aspects in the area
of responsibility are identified and actions are taken to
ensure compliance with the EH&S standards
Complete other responsibilities associated with
this position as may be appropriate
