Job Title: Receptionist / Clerk Typist

You will provide a professional front of house service and outstanding level of care to visitors and clients.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include answering telephone and managing a busy switchboard, greeting visitors and ensuring highest level of care to clients, maintaining appearance of reception area and meeting rooms, co-ordination/booking of meeting rooms, Organising external conferences and meetings, Organising social/client events, Recording and distributing messages to staff, Dealing with enquiries over the telephone and in person, and Providing clerical/typing support. You must have excellent verbal communication skills (English) and confident telephone manner.You will have a minimum accurate typing speed of 40wmp and computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office. Experience of working within a law firm or other professional services organisation is an advantage. As part of the selection process, short-listed candidates will be required to sit a typing test for speed and accuracy.
