Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for planning, supervision and control of all
aspects of the spa/[cz] operations 2.Ensure the smooth
operations of the Spa therapy area through proper
management of the facilities and staff. 3.Daily follows
Day Spa [cz] performance standards and checklist points to
ensure smooth running of the business 4.Implement beauty
treatment standards and ensure that they are maintained at
all times. 5.Responsible for maximizing all available
resources to increase sales. Promote sale of Spa services
and products. Advise on new products to be put on offer at
the Spa. 6.Active involvement in all marketing activities
and promotions to increase revenues. 7.Ensure efficient
management of all stocks proper ordering, storage, and
regular inventories review etc. of products and
consumables.
