1. Job Purpose:
Provide secretarial and support services to THE Chief
Executive Officer to accomplish time based tasks, ensure
efficient workflow and accomplishment of their objectives.

Principal Accountabilities
3.1 Chief Executive s Office:
Execute secretarial tasks and other support
services to CEO s office, to facilitate him
in efficient management of tasks.
(Support services encompass convening and
arranging periodic operational
meetings, agenda, minutes, travel arrangements visas,
hotels, flight tickets, airport transfers, and,
Support services to other Managers).
3.2 Time Management:
Management CEO s appointments with appropriate reminders
in order to ensure all meetings are scheduled in an
orderly manner allowing the CEO to function effectively.
3.3 MIS Reports:
Compile and prepare Monthly Management Executive
summary, Business Plans and other presentations
as required by CEO for Executive Management reporting and
for business evaluation.
Requirements :
Candidate must and should be based in Dubai
4.
Key Performance Indicators:
Timely assistance in preparation & compilation of
Executive Reports with the minimum of errors for facts and
figures.
5. Knowledge Skills and Experience:
KNOWLEDGE:
Minimum
Graduate in any discipline preferably Bachelor of
Commerce/Economics
Certificate (or) Diploma in Secretarial courses
EXPERIENCE:
Typically 4 5 Years of Secretarial experience in a
similar capacity to provide support services to Executive
Management, of which at least 2 years as a Secretary to
Senior Executive or Director.
SKILLS:
1. Computer literate, skills of working with the
ideas of executive Management.
2. Fluency in Oral & Written Communication of English
& preferably Arabic languages.
3. Willingness to be a good listener, inquisitive,
team worker, timely performer, problem solver.
4. A pleasant and cooperative individual with good
interpersonal skills.

Retail Store Manager

Store Manager
Job Details: One of the leading groups of company which involved in
many operational divisions like Electronics, IT,
Automobiles, Retailing . Etc is urgently looking for Store
Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales Turnover:
Manage the Sales turnover of the store and ensure
that the targets are achieved in order to meet the profit
margins of the store. Control store discounts and
expenditure to maintain targeted margin levels. Develop a
plan to achieve the annual / monthly sales turnover
through adequate staff cover in the store. Motivate staff
to achieve sales targets through challenging and rewarding
incentive plans.
2. Budget Planning:
Provide inputs on store performance over twelve month's
period to assist in the annual budget planning process.
3. Competitor information:
Provide Competitor information through timely visits to
competitor outlets and also provide information regarding
market trends to staff and back office functions.
4. Training:
Identify training needs and provide regular training
update on current and new product lines through suppliers
& internal trainers in order to ensure that sales staff
has the relevant skills to sell products effectively.
5. Staff Development:
Assess staff performance continuously to identify
potential store supervisors for future store operations.
Performance is measured against defined objective / task.
Develop a supervisory management development plan for each
potential individual by setting tasks and measuring the
progress against time scale. Provide feedback to General
Manager and HR Manager regarding the progress and propose
appropriate action in future.
6. Staffing:
Ensure that staffing levels are optimised through planned
recruitment in line with business requirement. Recruit
staff internally for future vacancies in line with the
development philosophy of the group.
7. Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure that the customer needs are met satisfactorily
through trained staff, customer service initiatives like
meet & greet person, customer feedback mechanisms etc.
Ensure that both the spirit and letter of Customer Service
charter is complied with.
8. Merchandising:
Ensure that staff complies with the Plug-ins "Basic
Merchandising Manual" and all merchandising activities in
the store reflect the needs of the trading period (e.g.
GITEX).
9. Feedback:
Provide inputs regarding stock levels, market trends,
opportunities and customer preferences to ensure that we
proactively meet customer needs and provide customers with
a unique shopping experience.
Salary: AED 11,000 - AED 13000 + Annual Benefits +
Incentives
