Job Title: Due Diligence Administrator
- To assist the business development team in a support role in delivering high quality service to the organization as a whole, reporting to the Business Manager.
Key Tasks:
Coordination of the due diligence process as outlined by Business Manager
Development of a standard due diligence packet of documents under direction of Business Manager
Coordination of meetings including distribution of agendas, taking of minutes & preparing documents for discussion
Coordination of travel plans and country information dossiers in preparation of BD country visits
Management of agendas & Calendars
Maintenance & management of board calendar & project presentation schedule
Assist in the preparation of BD collateral material for internal & external stakeholders
Research
Organization of current bank of research collateral in a highly structured and easy to access master file – by country, by city, by area
Assist in the periodic update of research material to ensure a high degree of relevance of the research bank
Preparation of research information packets on request from the management team
Maintenance of a research collateral master index
-Training / experience in Business Development role with exposure to preparation of board documents.
-4 year degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience.
